Return Statement
Did something from your order just not work out for you? No
problem! You could return your order within 15 days from the date your order
shipped to you.
You have 3 options when returning:
1.Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method
when you use our USPS return label or your own shipping method. Returns must be
received within 15 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a
refund. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, the $6.9 price for the label
will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for your return. But, there
are 2 more alternatives:
2. Exchange*:Exchange requests must be received within 15 days of
the original shipment date. Exchanges are always free to use our pre-paid
label!
3. Store Credit + $5 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work
out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 15
days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of
your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use
toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for
up to 15 days of the original shipment date.
How to Initial Your Return and Exchanges
Login your account and go to MY RETURNS section.
If you checked out as a guest, please initial your return on this
page.
Click REQUEST NEW RETURN and then select the order and items you
want to return. (The orders which eligible for returns will be display here)
Click NEXT STEP and select the Reason, Resolution of your return
or exchange. And SUBMIT REQUEST.
If you are a US customer, you could either use our pre-paid return
label to return your order ($6.9 price for the label will be deducted from the
refund or credits issued for your return, free for exchange and store credit
refund) or ship it by yourself using your own shipping method.

it back to our return address stated on your RMA PACKING SLIP or email.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at
our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return
is received.
To help expedite your warranty request, please provide as much
detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, item
brand and description
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
Items marked as final sale and customized items.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment
date.
Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping
error.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
Returns received by filamentcash between 15 and 30 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer. Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.
